NHS Recovery College: Spring 2026

The Recovery College, Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust are a team of registered and qualified mental health workers including peer/lived experience who model recovery and inspire others in their personal recovery journeys.

All sessions are free and open to anyone 16+ living in Norfolk or Suffolk, staff and professionals, and carers and supporters.

They do not ordinarily have waiting lists and when they have seen more interest in a course, they try and hold it again in the same term. They recently did this for ACT on Life in Norwich.
