Pharmacy Technician – General Practice

Hours: 24 hours over 3 days a week
Are you an enthusiastic and motivated Pharmacy Technician looking to expand your clinical skills in a supportive, friendly and forward-thinking primary care environment?
We are looking for a proactive and organised technician to join our friendly, multidisciplinary team at Mundesley Medical Centre.
About the Role
As a valued member of our team, you will work closely with our current Pharmacy Technician, GPs, Dispensary and wider primary care staff to ensure safe, effective, and efficient use of medicines for our patients. Your role will include:
- Supporting medicines optimisation and repeat prescription management
- Conducting medication reviews and supporting patients with long-term conditions
- Reconciling medicines following hospital discharges
- Implementing prescribing safety audits and contributing to quality improvement projects
- Assisting with cost-effective prescribing and formulary adherence
- Supporting the practice team with medicines information and training
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified and registered Pharmacy Technician with the GPhC
- Experienced in primary care, community, or hospital pharmacy
- Confident using clinical systems
- Detail-oriented, organised, and passionate about improving patient care
- A strong communicator who enjoys teamwork and patient interaction
